Great-value brunches

Brunch in Dubai doesn't have to be super-expensive – and these offer some of the best-value experiences in the city, with first-class food and atmosphere at a fantastic price.

Benjarong

Mexican food from La Carnita in Dubai

If you’re searching for a great-value East Asian-themed brunch in a luxury setting, you’ll strike gold at this foodie hotspot. Located at Dusit Thani Dubai, Benjarong combines an award-winning Thai experience with striking urban panoramas. Brunch packages start at AED159 per person, with dishes served to the table from 12:30pm till 4pm – and offers a menu of irresistible treats, including perfectly-prepared seafood and creamy curries. The service is superb too, ensuring that everyone leaves more than satisfied.

La Carnita

Family eating at Nobu Dubai

A popular destination for the city's cool crowd, this Mexican restaurant serves a great Saturday brunch from 2-6pm, with prices from AED199 per person and complete with lively entertainment. With something to satisfy everyone, from vegans to meat lovers, you get three starters – guacamole, a Cali salad and spicy wings. Then, take your pick of two tacos, including beef chorizo, achiote chicken, spiced sweet potato and more, before moving onto your choice of main and ending with fresh churros. One for those looking for an upbeat scene.

BB Social Dining

Tacos from Akira Back at W Dubai

One of the city's most talked about restaurants knows how to do brunch right. Expect signature bites, Asian-inspired bowls, baos and melt-in-your-mouth barbecued specialities that represent the best in Eastern cuisine, which combines flavours from Pan Asia and the Middle East. Best of all? The brunch is wallet-friendly too, with packages starting from just AED249 including drinks – one of the many reasons why BB has remained a community favourite for years, and is likely to be for years to come.

Fi'lia

Dishes from Yalumba at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel

Located on the 70th floor of the SLS Dubai Hotel in Business Bay, the skyline views from Fi'lia are always worth talking about. On Saturdays, the terrace fills up with an enthusiastic brunch crowd, eager to sample Italian signatures in the sunshine. Expect all the classics from this recipient of Michelin's Bib Gourmand, including fresh-from-the-oven pizzas, crispy arancini and fresh cannoli for dessert, with prices starting at AED250 per person.

Bla Bla

blabla 2

There are so many ways to brunch in Dubai that visitors are spoilt for choice but, when the weather is right, many want to combine feasting with soaking in the sun. Bla Bla by the coast of Jumeirah Beach Residence is an adults-only weekend hotspot, hosting a sunshine-filled Sunday brunch (ideal if you have Saturday plans), from AED250, with a menu of Italian and Japanese dishes served straight to your sun lounger. It's definitely one to enjoy with your closest friends.

There’s a reason that Bubbalicious at The Westin Mina Seyahi sells out every week, for both its regular Saturday brunch and The Roast by Bubbalicious on Sundays. The Saturday edition, spread across three of the hotel's restaurants, is one of Dubai's most lavish brunches – but is still great for families, with dedicated kids entertainment on offer. The Sunday roast is more focused on the titular meat dishes, and is also ideal for kids thanks to the entertainers on hand, and a dedicated mini-buffet. The Bubbalicious Saturday brunch starts at AED450 per adult and AED300 for children aged six to 12, while the Bubbalicious Sunday roast starts at AED295 per adult and AED175 for children aged six to 12 – kids under six can eat for free at both events. Both brunches run from 1-4pm.

Are you cheering for the Blue team or the Red one? Luckily at this British-themed Saturday brunch, you don't need to pick a side as you savour salads, seafood and breakfast delicacies from the counter, before being served an array of starters and your choice of main (we suggest the signature steak) to your table. Dessert and cheese counters delight, with chocolate fountains attracting old and young alike. And if you stay till the end you might be enlisted into the ice cream sundae-making competition, with prizes for the winner. Packages start from AED350 per adult and AED150 for kids aged four to 11, and the brunch runs from 12:30-3:30pm.
