The Address Hotels and Resorts has introduced a guest service initiative called iGenie that draws on advanced in-room automation services. Available across all of its properties, the new automated service will enhance the guest experience, providing guests with a tablet in their rooms to browse and make bookings or order services provided by the hotel. iGenie will let guests make leisure and recreation appointments, such as sign up for golf lessons or purchase movie tickets from Reel Cinemas. iGenie also aids in placing orders from restaurants and receives real-time updates on promotions available at all properties. Furthermore, it offers internet browsing as well as serves as a newspaper reader. An interactive video wall is also a part of the platform.
