Dubai bags bronze at Young Chef Tiger Cup Malaysia

Chefs from the Emirates Culinary Guilds competed in the inaugural Young Chef Tiger Cup Challenge and bagged a bronze medal for their efforts earlier this month. The Young Chef National Team was led by Sagar Khadkikar from Madinat Jumeirah, along with Rahil Rathod from Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek, Saravana Bhagavath Narayanan from JW Marriott Marquis, Madawanage Fernando from Madinat Jumeirah and Jonathan Blatter from Atlantis the Palm. The Dubai-based cast competed alongside 11 other teams from across Asia and also competed in individual hot kitchen classes.
