Dubai Travellers to bring in world record holders

21 November, 2015

Two dozen thrill-seekers, adventurers and world record-holders will meet in Dubai next month to share their experiences, ranging from reaching the South Pole on a tractor to cycling around the world on a bicycle. Speaking to Gulf News ahead of the fourth Dubai Travellers Festival, chairman of the organising committee, Awad Bin Mejren, explained that the four-day event not only aims to appreciate the efforts of adventurers but to also encourage residents to get out of their comfort zone, “and do something wild”. The festival is set to take place at Mushrif Park from 16-19 December.
