New F&B launches in Dubai

Japanese fine-dining restaurant Ramusake has opened at the Hilton DoubleTree in Jumeirah Beach Residence, designed by Mariko Yuki. Homegrown Italian restaurant Mercato has opened in DIFC, launched by Skelmore hospitality, the brand owner of Roberto’s Restaurant & Lounge. Scape Restaurant & Bar has opened within the Burj Al Arab’s new beach club, The Terrace. Bazhar has opened in Gate Precinct Building 4 in DIFC. Dubai-founded gourmet deli 1762 unveiled a food truck called 1762 Smoked in the second quarter of 2016. Totora Cebicheria Peruana, serving Peruvian cuisine and set over two floors, has opened in DIFC Gate Village. Lebanese restaurant Al Falamanki chose Dubai for its first international outpost, located across from the Four Seasons Hotel Jumeirah Beach Resort. Finally, Ten Street, located in Oasis Tower, is a new late-night venue offering Canadian-inspired food, including smoked BBQ ribs and sharing platters, and will refresh its food and beverage menus every 10 weeks.
