Mohammad Orfali is a Syrian chef from Aleppo specialising in the city’s distinctive and beloved cuisine as well as modern Arabic cuisine. He is an expert with 18 years of culinary arts and kitchen management experience. Orfali holds a Diploma in Hotels and Catering Management from the Aleppo Hospitality Institute. He also has 'Mastering the Art of Preserves, Sous Vide' cooking certificates from Le Nôtre Paris School.
In 2012, he published his first cookbook, 'Ana Halabi,' that focusses on the food and history of Aleppo's diverse cuisine. He is also the host of 'Matbakhna Al Arabi' and 'Modern Cuisine.'
