Now in its final stretch, the 18th edition of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), has been making headlines across a number of regional media publications with its packed calendar of events as well as the summer festival’s key feature - the DSS Apprenticeship Program.
