Since this buzzy little spot bills itself as a “Mexican Kitchen,” things here are definitely spicy hot. The menu comes courtesy of Carlos Hannon, an award-winning Mexican chef who did stints in Las Vegas, New York and Japan before moving to Dubai.
At Tortuga, you'll enter a space that evokes an image of Spanish missions with its hanging chandeliers, wood accents and tiled floors. Enjoy the tacos, ceviches, and molcajete—melted cheese presented in a volcanic stone and served with a chili sauce and freshly made tortillas.
