Explore the Ice Cave

Next to Ski Dubai's famed ski slopes is the 4,500sqm Snow Park area, where children (and accompanying adults) can experience the magic of real snow. After you've built a snowman and enjoyed a snowball fight with your loved ones, head into the stunning Ice Cave to discover impressive sculptures lit up in different colours.

Try zorbing

Ever wondered what it would be like to roll down a snow-covered hill in a giant transparent ball? Well, Ski Dubai brings this often fun (and often funny) experience to life at the popular Snow Park area. The helpful staff on hand will help you and your kids stay on the right track. Trust us, you'll soon be lining up for another go.

Speed ahead

For an even more thrilling experience, kids can line up for the Snow Bullet – the world's first sub-zero zipline. There's also sledding and toboggan runs in the Snow Park area, as well as an icy body slide. Another highlight is the Mountain Thriller ride that allows you to slide downhill at speeds of 45km/h. Little ones looking for something a bit more tame can enjoy the tubing run, while the baby sliding hill next to it ensures no one is left out.

Meet the penguins

One of the most popular attractions of Ski Dubai is the chance to get close to the resident Gentoo and King penguins. See them march across the park for free, or book an encounter for quality time with these amazing birds. From behind-the-scenes tours of the penguin habitat to having a swim with them, the time spent with these majestic animals is unforgettable.

Hit the slopes

Of course, if your children are keen to ski, they'll have hours of fun at Ski Dubai. With five slopes spread across an 85m snowy mountain, they can choose the track they feel most comfortable with. You can rent all the equipment onsite, so all that's left is to hop aboard the chairlift and get started. If your children need a helping hand, they can also enrol for skiing and snowboarding lessons.

With so much to do at Ski Dubai, you might have a hard time experiencing it all in on one visit. Kids can put their climbing skills to the test on the rocky mountain-themed climbing wall, or enjoy getting behind the wheel of snow bumper cars. Then, when it's time to wind down, order a tasty hot chocolate at onsite cafes for the perfect end to the ultimate winter wonderland experience.
