The ninth edition of the Emirates Diabetes and Endocrine Congress is taking place starting 7 March at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Hosted by the Emirates Diabetes Society (EDS), the conference is a leading event in educating and sharing information regarding the field of diabetes and endocrine diseases.
In the past, the conference has addressed themes such as diabetes screening and prevention, advanced technology, men’s and women’s health and more, with the participation of over 3,500 delegates. It works to address pertinent issues in the field through interactive workshops and lectures, while offering peers an unparalleled opportunity to engage with peers from around the world. Early bird tickets will be released on 25 January, offering tiers for physicians and residents, nurses, medical students and interns.
EDS is a non-profit medical society that represents many specialist physicians and healthcare professionals involved in diabetes and endocrinology management. Established in 1996, EDS is the UAE’s primary medical society dedicated to increasing public awareness about Diabetes, encouraging health improvement and facilitating the exchange of information and education between patients, healthcare providers and industry peers.
