Dubai to draw 20 million visitors by 2020


Dubai welcomed a total of 15.8 million international overnight visitors in 2017, setting a new record for the emirate and underlining the sustained strength and resilience of its travel and tourism sector. 2017 tourist volumes represented a strong 6.2 per cent year-on-year increase, accelerating the 5 per cent growth witnessed in the previous year and propelling momentum towards its 2020 goal of welcoming 20 million visitors per year.
