InterContinental Dubai Festival City

InterContinental Dubai Festival City is a 10-minute taxi ride from Dubai International Airport and a 15-minute journey to Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and the city’s business districts.

 

Its 508 rooms designed over 36 floors include 121 elegant suites with panoramic views of Dubai Creek and the city skyline.

 

Guests can enjoy fine dining at a number of award-winning restaurants within the hotel, or at Dubai Festival City (DFC) which is directly accessible from the hotel. DFC mall has more than 500 retail stores, as well as cinemas and other entertainment venues.

 

Events facilities at the hotel include a 4,250m2 events centre, with a capacity of 1,300, that encompasses 19 event spaces with flexible set-ups.

There is even an underwater suite. It is around a 20-minute taxi ride from Mall of the Emirates, and 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport.

 

It has more than 20 restaurants - including award-winning celebrity chef restaurants. Choices include Japanese, Italian, Lebanese, Asian and a steakhouse.

 

For events, it has 14 meeting rooms, three ballrooms, two boardrooms, and also organises team building events.

Grand Hyatt

Just a 10-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, Grand Hyatt is a popular choice for business visitors. It is also around 15 minutes from Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, other main business districts and Dubai’s Downtown area.

Its 682 luxurious rooms, including 38 suites, range from 39 to 264m2, with views of the city and the historic Dubai Creek.  International restaurants offer a choice of Arabic, Singaporean, Japanese, Italian and a steakhouse.

The 44-floor Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City sits right on the bank of Dubai Water Canal and is a 10-minute taxi ride from both Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and Downtown Dubai. It is also a 15-minute drive from Dubai International Airport.

 

Its 1,004 rooms range from guest and executive rooms to luxury suites, while the restaurant also has nine restaurants and lounges.

 

The hotel’s selection of events spaces includes 16 banqueting rooms, fully equipped with state-of-the-art AV amenities, high-speed internet access and naturally lit surroundings. The 1,425m2 Al Joud Ballroom has a separate entrance, pre-function hall, and capacity for 1,200 guests.

In the same Al Habtoor City area, the 234-room Habtoor Palace Dubai also has 52 opulent suites, as well as restaurants and lounges including an American steakhouse, French kitchen and bar, and chic patio located in the hotel’s central courtyard.

Madinat Jumeirah is completely unique on a world scale – a charming, low-rise resort built in the traditional Arabian sandstone style. Its canals and waterways are lined with cafés and restaurants. 

 

Mall of the Emirates is a 10-minute taxi ride away, Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre 15-20 minutes and Dubai International Airport 25-30 minutes.

 

The Madinat Jumeirah resort comprises three luxury properties set across a pristine two-kilometre stretch of beach – the 294-room Jumeirah Al Qasr, 292-room Jumeirah Mina A’Salam and 430-room Jumeirah Al Naseem.

Conrad Dubai

The 51-storey Conrad Dubai is conveniently located on Sheikh Zayed Road – one of Dubai’s main business districts, so there are plenty of restaurants and cafés to walk out to.

 

It is also just minutes’ walk away from Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (via World Trade Centre metro footbridge) and Downtown Dubai. Dubai International Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre is located next to Dubai International Airport Terminal 1. Its 546 rooms - inclusive of 14 suites - are a 15-minute taxi journey to Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, and it is 10 minutes to Dubai Festival City mall with more than 500 retail outlets and a huge choice of restaurants, cafés, cinemas and entertainment venues.

Located in the Al Garhoud area, Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan is ideally positioned just five minutes taxi ride from Dubai International Airport, around 15 minutes from Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and areas such as Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai International Financial Centre.
