The first phase of the new Dubai World Central (DWC) began in 2013, and is now nearing completion. When finished it will take Dubai’s passenger capacity to a whole new level. Situated within the DWC logistics hub, it will be the world’s largest airport, with a capacity of more than 160 million passengers per year.

flydubai was launched in 2009 as Dubai’s low-cost carrier.
