Home to Dubai's largest hotel conference space, the Madinat Jumeirah Conference and Events Centre is accustomed to catering for large group sizes with aplomb, whether you're situated in one of the large ballrooms, the 4,500 person Madinat Arena Conference Centre, or the newly extended Fort Island, an indoors/outdoors venue bordered by water.
Organisers can utilise the Jumeirah's easy-to-use online Virtual Planner website to preview their event's floor plans, schedule, and other details. Facilities including washrooms, catered business lounges and the public lobby areas are all well-appointed and tailored to a well-heeled clientele.
Checking into the one of the five-star hotels within walking distance of the Madinat Jumeirah complex – Jumeirah Al Naseem, Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina A'Salam or Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf – is the most convenient option, with the resort complex known for its luxurious suites, private beaches, and stunning waterways. However, being a central location, there are other hotels nearby to cover all budgets including Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, Holiday Inn Al Barsha and, of course, the seven-star Burj Al Arab. With a prime location in the Madinat Jumeriah, there's a solid range of dining options, with fine dining, cafe-style, pub grub, and take-away all represented, as well as fashion, homewares and souvenir shopfronts.
Due to the centre sharing a complimentary valet and car-park with Souk visitors, parking can be sparse for heavily attended events, with booking a taxi recommended if you're not already checked in at one of the four Madinat hotels.
