The Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM) is responsible for the branding, promotion and marketing of the emirate of Dubai. DCTCM is dedicated to working with private and public sector tourism and commerce partners to promote Dubai’s position as a leading international business and leisure destination around the world.
The Tourism Strategy, Investment & Development division covers the strategic planning and the prioritisation of initiatives as part of the Tourism Vision 2020 roadmap. Whether conceiving overseas promotion campaigns, managing resource allocation or monitoring performance, all of its efforts are aimed at elevating Dubai’s position as a destination of choice.
Dubai Festivals & Retail Establishment (DFRE) aims to position Dubai as an international events and entertainment hub and increase competitiveness as a retail destination through festivals and promotions.
Dubai Business Events (DBE) sets out to build awareness of Dubai as a host for world-class business and leisure events. It complements the festivals division by attracting high profile events from around the world and also seeks to promote Dubai as a premiere cruise destination.
Regulatory Affairs manages the licensing and classification of the tourism industry of Dubai. The division includes Licensing & Classification, Tourism and Event Academy and Event Regulations. Our Shared Services section provides a range of important administrative services including human resources, information technology, legal affairs, finance and procurement.
