Hakkasan Dubai to Launch Local Menu

This September, Hakkasan restaurants around the world will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the original London venue in Hanway Place by launching local ‘Only At’ dishes and cocktails. The offer will represent the individuality of each restaurant and its location, featuring small eats, main dishes, desserts and cocktails exclusive to each restaurant. The ‘Only At’ menus celebrate local culture and cuisine, using seasonal ingredients combined with Hakkasan’s modern Chinese cooking techniques. Dishes on the ‘Only At’ menu at Hakkasan Dubai include braised supreme seabass broth with angelica root; fried scampi roll; steamed Alaska king crab with black bean sauce and egg white; and baked tofu with minced chicken and Szechuan peppercorn.
