Tangy, spicy and full of flavour
Named after Peru’s capital city, Lima Dubai takes guests on a delicious gastronomic journey through the South American nation’s cuisine – whose global reputation just keeps on growing. The concept was brought to Dubai by chef Virgilio Martinez Veliz, whose Lima-based flagship venue Central has been named one of the world’s best restaurants by critics. Set across two floors, Lima Dubai serves tantalising dishes that focus on “natural, indigenous and unique” fare. These include scallops with sautéed purple potatoes, pearl onion slices and tree tomato tiger’s milk, as well as inexpensive ‘bocado’ bites and assorted ceviche.
