Are you ready to take on the second edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge? Launched last year by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council for Dubai Government, this citywide programme encourages all of us to do one easy, simple thing: 30 minutes of exercise a day, for 30 days (30x30). Join in the fitness movement and do your part to transform Dubai into the most active city in the world, with a month-long calendar of exciting sports and fitness-related events.
Getting fit (or fitter) has never been so easy or so much fun. From 19 October-17 November you can take part in energising Weekend Carnivals, explore dedicated 'Fitness Villages' and choose from more than 2,000 free classes, events and community-led activities. Nearly 1 million people participated in the challenge last year, and this year is set to be even bigger. The new Dubai Fitness app will be available for download soon, helping to track your fitness goals with a few simple clicks.
