  • Well done Jumeirah
My wife and I spent two nights here and had a lovely stay. We checked in at 7am and were given a room straight away which was perfect after a night flight into Dubai. The hotel is conveniently located near to the airport. We had booked Jumeirah flavours, their half board package which we would recommend after visiting two different restaurants in other hotels (Alta Badia in Emirates Towers, and Tortuga at the Mina). As it was our anniversary we were left a nice anniversary treat in our room of a little cake which was a nice touch. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and with all the usual amenities. The housekeeping staff were excellent and the service staff handled all of our requests very quickly and efficiently. We had one issue in that the Jumeirah website had informed us we would be able to access the Madinat beach as part of our stay, this turned out to be untrue and this hotel only allows access to the beach at the Jumeirah Jabeel Saray hotel. We emailed the hotel management regarding this, and their front of house manager, Lukas Tremmel came to speak to us at our check out. He was apologetic and keen to understand the issue, and once highlighted, he assured us he would rectify the issue so that it didn't affect future visitors. (Upon returning home we've seen the Jumeirah flavours website has been updated). Lukas also extended two of our dining vouchers so we could use them the following night, this is not normally allowed but my wife had been ill preventing us from using them all during our stay so thank you Lukas. Well done to the hotel staff and to Lukas, an excellent example of how to deliver customer service. We would recommend this hotel for any visitors wishing to stay near old Dubai and/or the airport.

  • Very good stay...great hotel!
My husband and I stayed here last week for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were initially unsure about the location as it was a good 20 minutes drive to all of the major attractions/malls but as taxis are so cheap in Dubai, it was not an issue. Our room was fantastic (double deluxe) and had everything imaginable. The massive king size bed was soooooo comfortable. Buffet breakfast was many choices, and the food by the pool was scrumptious and not too heavy on the wallet. Cu-ba on level 8 is a must for pre/post dinner drinks. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We could not fault Jumeirah Creekside at all and honestly did not want to leave!!!!

  • Lovely, good value but pool not family friendly
We stayed here for 10 nights as a family, 4 children and 2 adults. 6 months in advance due to our family circumstances we requested adjoining rooms and called 3 Times in between to confirm this, when we arrived we didn’t have adjoining rooms which was really disappointing considering we could not have done anymore to request it. The service of the reception manager was poor in dealing with this - thankfully 3 nights in we were able to move to an interconnected room, but it would have been nice and reduced stress if this was done originally. We payed extra for club rooms and this is the best thing we could have done! Excellent value! Afternoon tea every day for us all, free soft drinks and free happy hour and snacks in the evening- the service in the club lounge was second to none! The team in there are brilliant!!! Breakfast was good but busy, we have had better in Dubai but there was always a good choice and good service. The location of the hotel is good and we regularly made use of the free shuttle bus! The complimentary trips to Wild Wadi saved us a fortune and the day trip to zabeel Saray was out of this world! The big negative about this hotel is the pool. The children just wanted to play in the pool but everyday half the pool was closed off for swimming lessons and the lifeguards were anal about the children splashing or jumping in. This caused several heated discussions with the pool team, the pool was not children friendly at all and was a real let down!
