  • Below the expectations with service level problems but hotel have a potential to be much better
    The hotel is in a central place and in general a nice hotel but it can be much much better with only tiny improvements for the following things that i personally experienced: - I have checked-in at 11:00. The room was not ready which is OK. I was told to wait in the lobby. I asked that i had a meeting so "please inform me when the room is ready". The lady in the reception said "yes, we will". I waited 2 hours but nobody informed me. I went to reception, wait in the line and learned that my room was ready but i was not informed. If Nassimo Royal had a mobile application, i may be informed via a push notification delivered to my phone indicating “room is ready”. That would be great. While i was resting in my room after a tired day of meetings, my door rang continously. One man came and said i need to get the “old menu” and replace the "new menu". That disturbed me a lot. I want privacy especially when i am resting. If Nassimo Royal had a mobile application there will be no need for a paper menu. All the digital menu would be in the hands of the guests and it is always up to date. - It seems to be a popular hotel due to its central location, it is crowded and there is always queue in the reception. If Nassimo Royal had a mobile application where guests can easily check-in and check-out from their mobile phones the queue would be optimized. - My towels in the bathroom was taken! I do not like to talk or try to find the correct number to share my bad experience. And some guests may have the language barrier. If Nassimo Royal had a mobile app where i could easily inform housekeeping about the problem in the room with just writing and touching the send button. - If Nassimo Royal had a mobile application, the mid-stay survey would be sent during my stay in the hotel so that i would give immediate feedback and Nassimo Royal would compensate so that i would not give a low rate in TripAdvisor. - Last but i think most important issue is as a guest who is professional in hotels, i would like to share these feedback with the hotel management and share my solutions to them which would contribute to their service level. I tried to contact them during and after my stay and NO REPLY!. This is not professional. And the worst thing is that i hopefully waited for a survey to fill-in not to write all these feedback in TripAdvisor but i did not receive that survey even 6 days following my check-out. If hotel management reads this review, i can still contribute to them. Note: I would like to thank to the Porter in the reception who was always helpfull, smiling and sincere.   • Good Business Hotel but need to tweet a little to improve
    I was dissapointed at the check-in. I happened to checkin the early hours on 14th Nov, there was some technical issue. But the room was nice and big. The facilties in the room was more than avearge. Again I was dissapointed that it take a longer time than normal to check out.

  • Really nice stay
    Really nice hotel, great personnel and services. Location is great with fast food, supermarket and pharmacy just downstairs. Only minuses are: 1. Extremely expensive early check in fee; 110£ to check in at 7 instead of 2pm when the room was ready because unused on the previous night it must have been free (there was zero extra cost to the hotel: they just could not miss a chance to rip us off a bit more). We really started on the wrong foot here. 2. Pool area is small for such a large hotel. It is difficult to find recliners.
