Nour really is an amazing hairdresser.... He corrected my hair colour whilst i was staying in Atlantis in July. I had my hair coloured from a very expensive hairdresser in England who coloured my hair a very ugly red. I had a couple of discussions and consultations with Nour who was very understanding and knowledgeable. I was worried whether he understood what I wanted but he proved me wrong and coloured my hair a beautiful colour. I was so pleased that i went back to thank him for doing an amazing job, he managed to get rid of the awful red that made me want to cry every time I looked in the mirror. I wish there was a hairdresser like Nour where i live in England. I just want Nour to know how thankful i am to him...in fact I also want the management of Shuiqi and Atlantis to know how talented Nour is, he truly is an asset to Atlantis, and I would 100% recommend him to everyone. Thank you Nour! 😊

I had truly one of the best massage in Dubai by the Wonder therapist Miss Eda. Big thank you to Eda and can’t wait to go back to her and enjoy her healing hands I had such an amazing experience.

We rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to do so given the outstanding service we received this evening from Ahmed. We went into the Spa just before closing time to enquire about the treatments on offer. Neither of us knew exactly what we wanted nor when we wanted to book; it was a very impromptu visit. Ahmed was so very patient, explained all the options, listened to us and then gave his recommendation based on what would most suit our needs (being mindful of our various injuries). Not only did he stay past closing time to make sure we were happy with the selected treatment but he continued to provide an excellent service to ensure we did not feel at all rushed. He went above and beyond to make use feel welcome including making us a cup of tea. We are yet to have our treatment (which will be two days time) but are already looking forward to the exceptional service based on our experience with Ahmed when booking, today. We have travelled all over the world and have rarely encountered service quite as exceptional as this. Ahmed is a true credit to the Atlantis Hotel. For anyone reading this, we would highly recommend that you ask for Ahmed when visiting the ShuiQi Spa to experience his 5 star service for yourself. Shaun & Aysha
