Relax At A.O.C. French Brasserie
It takes a certain level of confidence to name your restaurant after France's Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée a government designation and certification given to certain agricultural products in the country that meet strict quality standards â and are therefore representative of their home region. But fortunately, A.O.C. French Brasserie at the Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach follows through.
The food is impeccably executed and uses the best ingredients â rich, seared foie gras medallions are plated with artichokes and red radish foam; 40 day-aged Black Angus fillets are served with creamy béarnaise sauce; and the cheese plate features the best French farmhouse cheeses.
Given the restaurant's brasserie styling, the whole vibe is wonderfully low-key, with friendly service and three meals a day on offer.
