The Artisan by Enoteca Pinchiorri

After wowing the world for years with three-Michelin starred Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, the owners of the famed Italian restaurant have opened a spin-off in Dubai – The Artisan. This time, things are slightly more casual, but the food still displays great technique, skill and finesse.

Legendary chef Annie Féolde offers a concise menu with a selection of traditional Italian dishes, focusing on quality produce.

Slow cooked octopus served with green beans, potatoes and Taggiasca olives sit under the antipasti section of the menu. Follow this with a main of homemade potato ravioli filled with Taleggio drizzled with a walnut pesto and finished with a black winter truffle.

One cannot argue, this Italian haunt is sure to offer a feast for the senses.
