We could easily have driven right past this small mall on Jumeriah Beach Road but it was worth the trip and we were surprised and delighted with the great mix of interesting brands packed into one small, convenient, location. The mall is 2 decks and a high atrium roof which feels sunny and spacious. There is a very ugly fountain between the escalators which is inconvenient to walk around but not a big detraction. It is the type of place with a constant turnover of visitors coming and going from all the specialist shops. We went there for an appointment at the highly recommended, Dubai Physio clinic, and explored the mall beforehand. It was an unexpected mix of unique stores: one of the best pen specialists in Dubai, a designer gym wear boutique, 2 handicraft emporiums, a gourmet food store and another for luxury trinkets for the home where we bought several gifts. When coming in from the parking in the basement, we were intrigued to discover the Dubai Mermaids shop complete with ‘tails to go’ which was created to teach little girls to swim! You can have your own tail custom made and browse the other vital mermaid gifts. The mall is host to an Emirates airline check-in lounge which seems convenient away from the crowds of the airport. There were lots of other well-known chain stores: Boom & Mellow, Bateel Dates, Axiom, Naturaliser shoes, Party Zone, Paris Gallery and Café Ceramique. There were choices of beauty spas including the well-known, Kaya Skincare Clinic, and several places to eat including Baker & Spice, Bateel and Sushi & Bento. It is lovey to be surprised when shopping. Infact, the mix of varied offerings in Town Centre Mall, was more appealing than the much larger, Mercato Mall, next to it.

Bedient von dem Shuttle Bus des Hafens, scheint die einzige Gelegenheit womit man dieses Mall überhaupt finden und danach besuchen würde, da die riesige und beeindruckende 'Geschwister' der Mall Familie sind ganz woanders und armes Schwesterchen Town Centre kann nicht wirklich mithalten!
