Carnival by Tresind to serve modern Indian Cuisine

Tresind will launch ‘Carnival by Tresind’ in February 2016, which is set to serve postmodern Indian cuisine. The group already has a Dubai-based restaurant, which was launched recently, that serves Indian cuisine in a fine dining avatar based on the molecular gastronomy concept. Carnival will be located in DIFC and offer a contemporary interpretation of authentic Indian cuisine in an ambience that is chic and minimalistic. Executive chef Himanshu Saini, along with his team comprising Paritosh Sharma and Vinu Raveendran from Mugaritz, Spain, have crafted the culinary experience.
