HOTELIER MIDDLE EAST
Just six months after the opening of its first Dubai hotel, Four Seasons has announced they will build a second property, the 106-key Four Seasons Hotel Dubai at DIFC, expected to open in 2016. Catering to the business community and travellers, the hotel’s concept is based on the fact that DXB is now the busiest air hub in the world, with the hotel featuring a 24-hour restaurant, a tea lounge in the lobby with a terrace. There will also be an eighth floor sky bar. The leisure offerings are geared toward helping business customers to relax, with a spa which Four Seasons describes as ‘intimate’, a fitness centre offering a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation, and a rooftop garden which will feature an above-ground glassed-in pool surrounded by private cabanas.
