The eponymous pakistani restaurant in Dubai. At a corner of Satwa, this popular restaurant is almost always busy. A small to medium canteen type seating area inside and an outside regular area covers all. No interior decor or ambience of note. Some staffs are south Indian and some pakistani. Service is decent. One fellow took my order and then disappeared for 5 mins. When I started to get alarmed, another fellow appeared and declared my request of Keema fry is not available. So I opted for Chicken Kadai at 12 dhs. And a roti at 1.5 dhs. Served promptly in 5 mins. There were three large pieces of fresh chicken in kadhai. It's very different from the famous Peshawari kadai. This is more with gravy and a very slight tinge of lemon is added. And it tasted so lovely. Chicken was also very fresh. The roti was also soft and warm. Hand wash area was clean, which sometimes is an issue in other places. Overall I am very satisfied. Someday i have to come for the biriyani too. ●Points in favour- Excellent quality of food. Large amount. Fast service . And wide variety of Pakistani food. At a very budget friendly price. ●Against-Basic simple indo-chinese food. No ambience. Cheap Canteen type atmosphere - some may not like it. Only pakistani items. Some items not available. They have a slightly upmarket section named Ravi Palace , just adjacent to this building. I need to visit them to see if they offer some better quality of experience.

Best place for breakfast paya' with parata .......lassi .we had a wonderful time in this place.most of the this you will see this place busy so morning time you need to be fast to have your table outskde.

If you're into Pakistani food including tandoori, chicken, lamb, mutton curries, dal.... served in a really business restaurant to people from literally all walks of life including the Pakistani community (always a good sign), Indians, UAE nationals, every European nationality... whoever you can mention. The food is trusted, freshly prepared and there's a high number of waiters, running around between the kitchen and diners, serviing food throughout the day to diners that go there again and again... me for one, I must have eaten in Ravi's over 100 times over the years, literally and never had a problem, it's just the nicest tandoori chicken, roti bread, dal and with a salad, yoghurt and water served as standard with every meal. Total amount for two people is about AED 55.00 not bad!
