Request for licence exemption

To complete this request, you will need the following documents:

• A copy of your National ID card.
• A copy of your passport or the original decree (for non-Emirati residents), addressed to the Department of Economy & Tourism (DET).

The fee structure for this request is:

AED 1,000 for the first three years from the licence issuance date.

AED 2,000 annually for the fourth and fifth years.

Please note that this does not include fees and guarantees for federal authorities, government agencies, and certain other entities.

You can pay via direct debit at Dubai Islamic Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, or Emirates Islamic. To make your payment with cash or cheque, please visit Aafaq Islamic Finance, Commercial Bank of Dubai, or Emirates Islamic.

You can apply online via the portal on Invest in Dubai, or visit any of the available service centres. The service will be completed within 10 minutes.
