Talise Ottoman Spa
The cornerstone of the Middle Eastern beauty routine, the hammam is renowned for its deep cleansing and relaxation rituals. Jumeirah Zabeel Saray has created a steamy sanctuary in its Talise Ottoman Spa. On a heated marble slab beneath a domed stained glass window, guests are hand-scrubbed with African black soap before being treated to a honey face and hair mask, followed by a rich Moroccan rose body butter massage. The private Iklik hammam dedicates an entire floor of the spa to one couple, offering a private hammam slab, sauna, whirlpool and imperial majlis, the traditional Turkish-style relaxation lounge.

Zo Skin Centre
More a dedicated treatment centre than a pipe music and tinkling water feature spa, Zo Skin Centre specialises in solving skin emergencies. In-house facialists have cracked the code to healing breakouts and soothing stressed skin overnight, using treatments based in “cosmoceutical” science from Obagi. Even low maintenance brides and grooms can benefit from a quick tune-up, with oxygenating facials decongesting weary complexions. Those flying in for the Big Day should try their lymphatic node massages, which address legs and arms that have puffed up in flight.

Heart & Soul
Heart & Soul in Al Barari must be one of the most relaxing spas in Dubai. Wander through its lush, manicured gardens before being seated for a mani. The intimate nails room is popular with bridal party groups after some pre-wedding treatments. Nail services include tension-releasing massage, exfoliation and aromatherapy, with the Jessica GELeration polish going the distance for a full three weeks of glossy shine. Bonus: the salon is located next to locavore restaurant The Farm, so guests can enjoy a Thai-inspired green juice post-mani.
