Indego By Vineet
Enjoy Specialties At Indego By Vineet
Modern Indian culinary master Vineet Bhatia was the first Indian chef to receive a Michelin star. He first earned one star as head chef at London's Zaika restaurant. So, his debut in Dubai — a city that takes its Indian food seriously — was highly anticipated. Bhatia currently consults in two restaurants in the emirate: Indego by Vineet was his first. And he's in fine form here, serving a range of dishes that blend Indian flavours with European techniques.

His menu is made up of dishes like the Herb Chop, an herb-crusted lamb chop served with chutney upma (a south Indian thick porridge), goat's cheese samosa, baby carrot thoran (a chopped vegetable medley) and carrot foam.

  • Excellent meal and setting!
We had a wonderful meal, had visited eight years ago and it was even better this time. Food was delicious and would love to return in future, Staff very friendly and helpful also.
  • Top notch Indian
Great service, great atmosphere , great food. One of the best restaurants in town. Everything was perfectly prepared the spices were balanced and the portions spot on. Butter chicken and the lamb Rogan josh we're fantastic coupled with vegetable biriani and the seafood appetizer made for a perfect meal. The wine was also excellent we ordered a glass each and both were perfect. Service is of very high standards and the music soft and non intrusive. Pricy in par with restaurants in this location but Highly recommended
  • The food was good but not great
I am sure Indego is probably one of the best Indian restaurants in Dubai. The service was certainly very good, efficient and friendly. Its just that I have also had the opportunity of experiencing 2 other Michelin-star Indian restaurants in other places (San Francisco & Geneva) and if I would rank the flavour and food experience at Indego compared to these 2, it would rank the lowest of the three. It is a good restaurant and the food is delicious, don't get me wrong; just not great in my books.
