Maison de le Plage

Located on the pristine sands of Palm West Beach, Palm Jumeirah, Maison de la Plage offers a slice of the French Riviera's elegance, thanks to the culinary expertise of chef Izu Ani and restauranteur Evgeny Kuzin. This beachside spot combines sophisticated design with a focus on the freshest market ingredients, providing a relaxed yet engaging dining ambience. At the core of the restaurant is Le Marché, where chef Izu’s commitment to quality is evident. The menu, inspired by his experiences in French markets, features dishes like carpaccio de boeuf, lobster linguine and grilled octopus, each emphasising freshness and flavour to bring the essence of French cuisine to the fore.

Under the helm of renowned chef Dani García, comes Spanish restaurant Leña. Described as offering ‘classic charcoal-grilled cuisine’, the concept uses open flames and vibrant Andalusian flavours to deliver fine, smoke-infused dishes. Leña can be found in The St. Regis Gardens and offers both indoor and alfresco seating. Signor Sassi

Signor Sassi is a chic Italian restaurant found in St. Regis Gardens, Palm Jumeirah. Originating in London in 1984, the venue aims to define its experience with 'Sassi style’, a blend of tradition and modern innovation. The interior, inspired by Lake Como's villas, showcases intricate Italian detailing, hand-painted vases and an open layout with atmospheric greenery, and a lush olive tree flown in from Puglia for a special touch. Indulge in scrumptious Italian delights for lunch or dinner, and don't miss the Il Giardino di Sassi, the beautiful garden terrace. 

Chez Wam

Experience the buzz of Dubai's newest culinary hotspot, Chez Wam, nestled in St. Regis Gardens. Led by acclaimed chef Hadrien Villedieu, who was mentored by culinary legends such as Alain Passard and Joel Robuchon, this restaurant is a brainchild of the team behind popular Dubai venues Kyma, Twiggy and Tagomago. Chez Wam takes inspiration from the French term 'chez moi', translating to ‘at mine’. And while it doesn’t identify as a French restaurant, it does present a fusion of French cuisine with global influences, prepared by a French chef.

OKKU

OKKU is a Japanese restaurant and lounge found in Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah. The chic and stylish venue showcases contemporary Japanese cuisine with an international twist. Dishes are sent out from a 20-metre sushi station and robata grill, where skilled chefs put on an impressive show.

While the menu features many classic and contemporary dishes, it’s the sourcing of high-quality ingredients, including fresh fish and super high-grade wagyu beef imported from Japan, that truly elevates the dining experience. Highlights on the menu include the signature starter of spicy tuna crispy rice and OKKU’s take on the famous black cod.

Tagomago

Named after a paradise island off the coast of Ibiza, Tagomago is a beach club and restaurant that brings the same bohemian charm and western Mediterranean flavours to Palm Jumeirah. The family-friendly establishment sits on the east edge of Dubai’s famed archipelago, taking over the circular two-storey structure that previously housed Italian restaurant Il Faro in a brand new aesthetic. Contrasting bold palettes of orange, red and pink against beige, wood-brown textures and lush greens, the venue is at once stunning and welcoming. Up to 120 sunbeds line the private beach, and guests can also enjoy its seaside lounges, terrace dining area and pretty pergola paths.
