All lost belongings are sent to the security office of Dubai Police at Burjuman Metro Station and are not stored at tram stations. You can collect items from the security office at Burjuman Metro Station, exit 1. The office is open from 7am to 11pm on weekdays and from 1pm to 12am on weekends.
