What you need to know about the Sanad Tourist Card
When to apply
Whether you’re planning ahead or already in Dubai, applying for the Sanad Tourist Card is quick and easy. You can apply from outside the UAE if you've visited Dubai before, or simply apply after arrival by using the Dubai Now app.
How to apply
Simply download the Dubai Now app - which is available on both iOS and Android. Then, log in or create an account using UAE PASS (the national digital identity for residents and visitors). Navigate to the Sanad Tourist Card service, and fill in the form and upload your documents. Once you submit your application, you will receive a digital version of your card within 24 hours, both in the app and via email.
Documents needed
To apply for the Sanad Tourist Card, you will first need to have a UAE PASS account, which is a secure, national digital identity for residents and visitors. Tourists with a UAE PASS account can gain secure access to government services, including the Dubai Now app to apply for a Sanad Tourist Card. The UAE PASS account creation takes a few minutes, and you will need a valid passport which you'll be asked to scan during registration.
To apply for the Sanad Tourist Card on the Dubai Now app, you will need to upload digital copies of the following:

Your Sanad Tourist Card is valid for two months from the date of activation.
To access the benefits, service providers may ask you to show your digital Sanad Tourist Card in the Dubai Now app, though procedures can vary by provider.
