The newly opened Quranic Park offers a wonderful insight into the Holy Quran, Islam’s holy book.
Free to enter for all, there are a variety of surprises spread across the 60-hectare park, which aims to enhance Islamic values of peace, love and tolerance. Discover the different plants mentioned in the holy book or simply take in the lush greens of the Islamic garden. Alternatively, you can stroll through the striking desert-themed or Andalucian gardens too.
For a small fee of AED10 each, visitors can also enter the Glass House – home to an inspiring collection of plants mentioned in the religious text – or the Cave of Miracles, which illustrates some of the most remarkable events mentioned in the Quran with the help of interactive technology.
Other facilities at the park include cycling and walking paths, an outdoor theatre, artfully-designed solar trees and on-site Wi-Fi.
