Spice-sprinkling social media sensation Nusret Gokce has added yet another outpost to his culinary empire, this time putting the spotlight on one hero dish – the burger. Although the popular item features on the menu in his other restaurants, in this DIFC eatery there are nine options, in a wide variety of price points to pick from.

Saltbae, named after the Turkish meat master's moniker juxtaposes a relaxed, industrial-style space with acres of marble. Food is served swiftly on steel trays, from the aptly named Juicy topped with caramalised onions and cheddar to a Surf'n'Turf with lobster tail and even the Golden Burger covered in gold leaf. Fries, onion chips and milkshakes –including a Golden one – complete the package.

You can get to the restaurant using the below transportation options:

Metro: Take the Red Line towards Centrepoint Metro Station and get off at Emirates Towers Metro Station. From here, the restaurant is only a 10-minute walk away.
Bus: Bus lines 27 (for example from Burj Khalifa, The Palace Hotel) and 29 (for example, from Dubai Mall) bring you directly to Emirates Towers 1 bus stop.

Alternatively, if you prefer driving and you are coming from Downtown Dubai, get on Sheikh Zayed Rd/E11 and head north towards Zabeel Park.
