Overlooking Dubai Creek and the yacht-filled marina, old favourite The Thai Kitchen at Park Hyatt Dubai is a reliable choice for fans of Asian cuisine. The fact that it is perpetually busy, despite being one of the stalwarts of the dining scene, shows that it has secured its reputation among regulars and tourists alike.

If you opt to sit inside, then the open kitchens make it a lively setting and allow you to watch your fare being freshly prepared right in front of your eyes – from creamy curries and stir-fries to prawn summer rolls and papaya salad, every plate is guaranteed to be delicious.

Discover flavour-packed feasts at The Thai Kitchen

The menu has plenty of authentic delicacies for vegetarians as well as meat and seafood fans. Try their refreshing cold salads or sample hot appetisers like chicken satay and spring rolls. Their green curry and pad thai packs a punch and is best enjoyed with a side of pandan leaf iced tea. They even have a separate kitchen which focuses only on traditional Thai desserts like grilled bananas served with honey and coconut ice cream, and moreish mango sticky rice.

With excellent food, slick service, super views and a relaxing ambience, this is one of the city’s best venues for a Thai meal, and if you haven’t been before — or just in a while — then this is an oldie but a goodie.

Book a spot at one of the other delicious eateries at the property like The Lagoon Beach Club or sign up for a game of golf at the nearby Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club.
