At the heart of Bistro Aamara's success is its innovative menu. Executive chef Ritwik Sarkar and chef Malik Basha have crafted dishes that blend flavours from across Asia and Europe, creating a harmonious fusion that delights the palate.

Their expertise shines through in creations like the smoked jackfruit & corn shami kebab, served with a tangy romesco chutney and the grilled butterfly prawns, complemented by a rich muhammara chutney. The ditalini cacio e pepe offers a fresh twist on the classic Italian dish.
