Chef Roberto Segura has curated a series of TABŪ's dishes that he will be serving to guests looking for a progressive menu experience on the 23rd floor of the St Regis Downtown. Available daily for a minimum of two diners, you'll get to taste six recipes that showcase the best of the eatery's Japanese cuisine, for AED600 per person. Best of all, you'll also be treated to regular performances on stage for a truly immersive night.
