Dubai Fitness Challenge

HALF AN HOUR OF EXERCISE A DAY

This November sees Dubai raising the heat on fitness and physical activity. Join hundreds of thousands of people across Dubai as they take part in the Dubai Fitness Challenge - a pledge to do at least half an hour of exercise, every day for 30 days. The idea came from His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council for Dubai Government last year, and has already captured people’s hearts and minds.

The month-long challenge is boosted by thousands of events, classes and free opportunities across the city to get active. We recommend checking out the female-only Pink Ladies Games, Dubai International Triathlon, The Color Run Hero Tour, the XDubai Spartan Race or the YogaFest . Don’t forget to download the awesome Dubai Fitness App to keep track of upcoming events, track your fitness goals and check out leadership boards.
