Paolo Pettenuzzo is a chef from Venice, Italy, who loves creating gourmet food using simple flavours with an Italian touch. His passion for good food and creativity was instilled in him by his father at an early age. By the age of 16, he was already a member of the Italian National Team of Chefs. By 20, he’d earned a place within the Italian team at the International Congress of Chefs.
However, his love for languages took precedence as he enrolled in a prestigious university in Milan where he studied interpretation and communications alongside business management and marketing. All this time, he took many jobs as a private chef for important families in the city.
His voyage towards becoming a chef came up in an unpredictable way when he moved to Manhattan to take a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He gave up pursuing academia while in Manhattan and he entered the world of gourmet for good. Years later, he became the brand chef of Grand Cuisines, luxury kitchen appliances launched by Electrolux Professional.
