Iliana brings the relaxed beauty of the Mediterranean to Dubai’s Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. Both a restaurant and poolside destination, it draws on the charm of Greek coastal towns and blends upscale dining with leisurely lounging. Sun-soaked terraces, whitewashed accents and views over the Arabian Gulf set the tone for a serene experience.

At the heart of Iliana is a menu rooted in Greek culinary traditions. Guests can expect classic dishes including taramosalata with white cod roe, grilled octopus with fava and lemon dressing and Cretan salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and barley rusk.

Larger plates such as lamb chops with oregano and lemon potatoes and grilled sea bass with ladolemono sauce offer satisfying mains, while desserts like loukoumades with honey and cinnamon provide a sweet finish.

The outdoor pool club area offers plush daybeds and shaded lounges, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed afternoon by the water. Indoors, the dining room continues the theme with earthy tones, natural textures and refined yet unfussy design elements that mirror the simplicity and elegance of the Mediterranean.

Iliana blends culinary authenticity with Dubai’s flair for luxury, creating a setting where guests can dine, unwind and enjoy the coastal ambience from day to night. Whether for a long lunch, a sunset gathering or a leisurely poolside escape, Iliana captures the essence of Greek hospitality in one of the city’s most scenic destinations.
