The theatrical feel of Rialto is exemplified by its tableside service, as chefs create delicious dishes in front of diners. Signature plates include the pecorino al tartufo, the yellowfin tuna carpaccio, the fettucce pasta with beef cheek and parmesan, and the restaurant’s eponymous raviolo.
